Adam Slepian leads Supernal’s Commercial functions of Supply Chain, City Activation, Business Development, and Investment Committee.
Previously, he was Supernal’s Head of Ecosystem Partnerships responsible for laying the ecosystem foundation across topics to include city and state partnerships, airspace consortium, and infrastructure.
Prior to this, he was Vice President of Corporate and International Strategy & Operations at Aramark, a fortune 250 food and facilities services provider.
Before joining Aramark, Adam was a leader in McKinsey’s Aerospace & Defense and Capital Projects & Infrastructure practices, where he led numerous strategy and operations projects in budget effectiveness, procurement, growth, and organizational development.
Adam has over 9 years of experience on active duty in the U.S. Army serving as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer (Green Berets). He has multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan where he led both strategic planning and tactical implementation working by, with, and through a multitude of foreign armed forces and other organizations, to include several hundred high risk Special Operations missions.
Adam holds a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
