Simon Azar is Vice President, Marketing, New Adjacencies, AAM & Parc Aviation — Civil Aviation at CAE where he and his team are responsible for Civil Aviation Marketing as well to develop and lead new and adjacent markets such as Advanced Air Mobility and CAE Parc Aviation.

Prior to joining CAE in 2018, Simon worked for Airbus in roles with increasing responsibility starting in procurement, then on the A350XWB Marketing during the Aircraft’s certification in Toulouse and more recently, as an Aircraft Sales Director in the Asia Pacific region where he was based in Hong Kong.
Before joining Airbus, Simon started his career with Pratt & Whitney Canada in Engineering.

Simon studied in his native city of Montreal, Canada. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
