With more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Mr. Medici has occupied many decision-making seats from Operations Manager of Malpensa’s Terminal 1 to Air-Side Services Manager at SEA handling to Company Management Director. From 2009 to 2018 he has been Head of Customer Care reshaping the company culture by implementing an innovative approach to Customer Relations and Customer Asset Management. Since 2018 was appointed as Environment and Airport Safety Director. As Environment Manager is responsible for company environment operations, assessment and certifications. As Safety Manager was responsible for managing Aerodrome Safety Management System, Risk Assessments and Aerodrome documentation, according to Regulation EU 139/2014.
Since 2022 is now Environment and Funded Initiatives Director, managing the involvement of SEA into innovative initiatives related to aviation sustainability.
From 2013 to 2017 on behalf of SEA chaired ACI Europe and ACI World Airport Facilitation and Customer Service Committees. Since 2022 is Steering Group member on behalf of ACI Europe of the Alliance for Net Zero Aviation, chairing the related European Aerodrome Working group.
